About the RolePintox is looking for a professional, confident, English-speaking SDR to help book qualified sales appointments for our marketing, automation, CRM, AI, and GoHighLevel services.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a polished phone presence, and experience speaking with business owners in the US market.
You will be responsible for contacting leads, qualifying prospects, following up consistently, and booking appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities- Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
- Qualify business owners based on their needs, budget, and urgency
- Book appointments for the sales team
- Manage leads inside GoHighLevel CRM
- Send follow-up SMS, emails, and reminders
- Update pipeline stages accurately
- Handle objections professionally
- Maintain daily activity reports
- Communicate clearly with the internal team
Requirements- Fluent or advanced English speaking ability
- Previous SDR, appointment setting, or cold-calling experience
- Experience with US clients or US business owners
- Strong phone confidence and professional tone
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred
- CRM experience is required
- Reliable internet, computer, and headset
- Comfortable working during US business hours
- Organized, consistent, and goal-driven

CompensationBase pay depends on experience:
- Junior SDR: $1,200–$1,500/month
- Experienced SDR: $1,500–$2,000/month
- Bonus: Paid for qualified booked appointments and closed deals
