JOB DETAILS Job Title : Sales Representative Location : Remote Reports To : Founder / Sales Team Work Shift : Flexible with overlap during AU and US business hours required Working Hours : Full-time Job Description We are seeking a highly driven High-Ticket Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound sales conversations with Australian and US-based customers for a fast-growing consumer brand. This role requires someone who can build trust quickly, communicate naturally with native English-speaking customers, and confidently navigate in-depth conversations without sounding scripted or transactional. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, highly persuasive, and capable of independently driving revenue through strong communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills. This is not a transactional call-center role. Success in this position requires strong conversational ability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to represent the brand professionally across high-value customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Conversion Conduct inbound and outbound sales conversations with prospective customers Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process confidently Handle objections and customer concerns professionally Maintain strong product knowledge and communicate value clearly Drive conversion and revenue growth through high-quality sales conversations Customer Relationship Management Maintain professional communication across calls, email, and messaging Follow up consistently with prospects and active leads Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales activity Build trust with AU and US-based customers through clear and natural communication Operational Sales Support Coordinate with internal team regarding lead status and customer needs Maintain organized sales tracking and CRM updates Support ongoing improvement of sales scripts and workflows Qualifications Required Strong spoken English with clear, natural communication and minimal accent Experience in phone-based sales, high-ticket sales, or consultative sales environments Experience selling to Australian or US markets Familiarity with CRM or sales pipeline tools Experience in remote sales environments Strong conversational ability and confidence speaking with AU and US customers Strong objection handling and relationship-building skills Commercially driven mindset with strong motivation tied to performance and commission Ability to hold in-depth customer conversations naturally without relying heavily on scripts Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven sales environment Strong emotional intelligence and communication presence Preferred Experience in ecommerce, wellness, fitness, or consumer product industries
