We are now expanding our sales team and looking for a high-performing Sales Executive who can actively engage decision-makers and close deals.
The RoleWe are looking for a confident, driven, and persuasive sales professional who can:
- Reach out to CEOs, founders, and business owners
- Run cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls)
- Book and close sales meetings
- Convert prospects into paying clients
- Follow up consistently until deals are closed
- Work with a structured sales process (we will train you)
This is not a “wait for leads” job. You will be actively building pipeline.
What You Will Sell- SEO Services (Local & E-commerce SEO)
- Google Ads Management
- Website Design & Development
- Digital Marketing Packages for SMEs & Enterprises
Compensation We believe in rewarding performance.
- Base Salary: KES 20,000
- Commission: 5% – 15% per closed deal
- Performance bonuses for hitting targets
Who We Are Looking ForYou are a strong fit if you:
- Can confidently speak to CEOs and business owners
- Are fluent in English and Swahili
- Have experience in sales (agency or B2B preferred)
- Understand cold outreach or are willing to learn fast
- Own a laptop and stable internet connection
- Are highly disciplined and target-driven
- Can handle rejection and still push forward
- Are comfortable working with deadlines and KPIs
Bonus Points (Not Required but Strong Advantage)- Experience in a digital marketing or SaaS company
- Previous cold calling / outbound sales experience
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or websites
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Sheets, etc.)
