Sales Representative – LATAM Markets (Remote)

Location: Remote (Within Country)

Reports To: Sales Manager / Regional Manager (USA)

About the Opportunity:

General Procurement Inc. is seeking motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We are currently hiring dedicated sales professionals in Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Brazil. This is a remote position based within each respective country.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
• Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective clients
• Prepare sales quotations, follow up on opportunities, and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Coordinate with operations, accounting, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Stay informed on product availability, pricing, and market trends
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts
• Results-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closing abilities
• Basic proficiency in CRM systems, email, and spreadsheets
• Bilingual skills preferred:
• English & Spanish (for Spanish-speaking countries)
• English & Portuguese (for Brazil)
