Elevated Cleaners is a growing residential cleaning company based in Charlotte, NC. We run on strong systems, high standards, and a small team of high-ownership people. This role is fully remote and plays a direct part in both revenue and daily operations during our extended hours.
About the Role
This is a high-responsibility position combining sales, operations, and client communication during evening and weekend hours — when lead volume is active and jobs are in progress. You will be the first point of contact for every inbound lead that arrives during your shift, and you will own the schedule and all client interactions until your shift ends.
This is not a passive role. You will be expected to move fast, stay organized, and take full ownership of outcomes.
What You'll Do
Sales — Respond to inbound leads, answer questions confidently, handle objections, and close bookings. Every unconverted lead gets consistent follow-up until a decision is reached. Sales is the top priority at all times.
Operations — Own the evening and weekend schedule. Coordinate cleaner assignments, monitor
active jobs in real time, and resolve any scheduling conflicts, access issues, or timing problems as they come up.
Customer Experience — Handle all client messages and calls during your shift, including booking requests, reschedules, complaints, and post-clean follow-ups. Every complaint must be resolved before your shift ends.
Cleaner Hiring and Sourcing — Actively source candidates, communicate with applicants, and move them through the hiring pipeline. This is treated as an ongoing priority, not a secondary task.
Administrative Tasks — Use lower-activity periods to complete assigned tasks in Monday.com, including social media content and other business tasks as directed.
Schedule
Wednesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST
Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Monday and Tuesday off
This is a fully remote role. You must be available, responsive, and active during all scheduled hours.
Compensation
$800/month base plus performance bonuses
Total compensation typically ranges from $1,000 – $1,400/month based on close rate and overall performance

This is a small, owner-led company. You will work directly with the owner and operate independently during your shift. There is no bureaucracy, no layers, and no confusion about expectations. You will always know exactly what is expected and how you are performing.
