We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support internal sales and operations teams. This role provides administrative and sales operations support by preparing accurate sales proposals, maintaining internal tickets and spreadsheets, and assisting with various documentation and workflow tasks across teams. It requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Teams, email platforms, CRMs, and spreadsheet applications to ensure data accuracy and efficient coordination. The position also involves supporting internal communications, participating in sales briefings, and contributing to process improvements in a collaborative and fast-paced remote environment.
