The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving overall revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and motivate team members to achieve and exceed them. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure adherence to sales processes and policies.
