What You Will Do Outbound Sales & Pipeline - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining a growing, self-sourced pipeline. Outbound Motion Development - Build and refine the outbound engine by testing messaging, cadences, triggers, and documenting what works. Channel & Partnership Exploration - Explore and develop new demand channels through partnerships, communities, events, and inbound opportunities. Market Intelligence & Feedback - Track results, analyze what converts, and share insights with leadership to optimize strategy and outreach. Who You Are 3–5+ years in B2B sales or growth roles, experience in selling services such as BPO, staffing, outsourcing, consulting, or managed services is a plus!
