Profile Requirements: Sales Lead Generation Core responsibilities: Utilize an automatic dialer system to contact warm leads and older inquiries. Engage prospects in friendly, professional conversations to build rapport and identify insurance needs. Qualify leads based on established criteria and gather relevant customer information. Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to insurance agents or sales representatives. Accurately document all interactions, notes, and lead statuses within the CRM system. Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural and conversational communication style. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead qualification targets. Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience. Follow all company compliance guidelines and insurance industry regulations.
