• Build and maintain lead databases and CRM pipelines
• Support outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and similar tools
• Identify decision-makers and initiate professional outreach
• Track lead generation performance and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams on growth initiatives
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities and follow-ups
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Experience in lead generation, sales outreach, or business development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to research and identify qualified prospects effectively
• Experience using CRM systems, Notion, Airtable, or automation tools is a plus
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Background in marketing, business, recruitment, or related fields is an advantage
