Sales Executive - B2B (Ref:d7Cus)

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading all-inclusive device rental service that manages the entire device lifecycle for businesses, offering maintenance, insurance, data security, and recycling solutions. We are looking for a Sales Executive - B2B to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to signed deal
• Run consultative discovery calls with potential clients
• Understand operational, procurement, onboarding, IT lifecycle, and cost management challenges
• Build and manage your own pipeline across inbound leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups
• Engage decision-makers across operations, HR, procurement, finance, and IT
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on client needs
• Maintain structured CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting
• Work closely with operations and internal teams to move deals forward efficiently

Requirements

• B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, IT services, leasing, procurement, or subscription-based services
• Strong consultative sales mindset
• Experience owning the full sales cycle
• Comfortable leading business conversations and uncovering real client pain points
• Organized, proactive, and process-oriented
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with CRM systems and pipeline management
• HubSpot knowledge is a plus
• Hungarian native speaker with strong English communication skills
