Job Description This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote position contributes to reliable, compliant hiring processes by combining structured administration with clear communication and disciplined prioritisation. Key Responsibilities β’ Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure handover quality and ongoing account health β’ Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines β’ Coach deal qualification and proposal discipline to improve conversion and margin quality β’ Develop proposals and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals and risk profile β’ Lead sales cadence, pipeline reviews, and prioritisation across key accounts Requirements β’ Experience leading sales cadence and coaching pipeline management practices β’ Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally services-led or solution sales β’ Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities, and build clear proposals β’ Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment β’ High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations β’ Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement β’ Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits β’ Salary range: 750,000 - 980,000 β’ Remote work arrangement (South Africa) β’ Opportunities for professional growth β’ Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. β’ Open communication environment. β’ Full medical coverage.
