Position Overview

As part of our European expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Specialist to drive growth by partnering with innovative healthcare startups across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading global healthcare companies such as Philips, Sony, and Boston Scientific, while building valuable industry knowledge and professional sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure partnerships in business development with healthcare giants as well as start-ups in Europe
• Manage end-to-end sales processes and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver high-quality insights
• Maintain client activity, track opportunities, and manage pipelines in CRM tools
• Mentor and support future team members
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
• Grow sales in Europe according to company objectives
• Be driven by results and aspiration to grow a European division in Malta

Who You Are

• 1+ year in sales, business development, or account management in B2B, preferably in healthcare, market research, or consulting
• Experienced in managing startup accounts and building strong partnerships
• Skilled in CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.
• Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder
• Excited to mentor and train colleagues in the future
• Knowledge of healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field

• €30,000-€45,000 base plus + (uncapped Commission + Profit sharing + Team bonuses) with OTE of ¢80,000+
