Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales channels. Identify and engage qualified prospects within the financial services sector. Generate and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team. Book high-quality discovery meetings and demos with decision-makers. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems. Research target accounts and personalize outreach campaigns. Follow up consistently with leads and nurture prospect relationships. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve outreach performance. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets. 1+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or outbound sales professional. Strong background in financial services sales, including sectors such as insurance, lending, mortgages, wealth management, fintech, or banking. Must be currently based in the UK. Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated.
