This role involves providing high-quality finance domain input to guide AI model training and evaluation processes, collaborating remotely with the team to review and generate finance-related content, and leveraging expert knowledge to create and improve finance data and documentation. As a finance specialist in the technology industry, you will play a crucial role in shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through real-world input, and your work will have a significant impact on the development of next-generation AI systems. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality finance domain input to guide AI model training and evaluation processes, ensuring that models are trained on accurate and relevant data. • Collaborate remotely with the team to review, critique, and generate finance-related content in Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs, Slides, and Spreadsheets. • Leverage your expert knowledge to create, validate, and improve finance data and documentation, utilizing data validation processes and attention to detail to ensure accuracy. • Utilize Google Workspace tools to analyze financial data, create financial reports, and develop financial models, and provide written and verbal communication of findings and recommendations. • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, and applying process improvement skills to optimize workflows and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in finance analysis, financial reporting, and data validation, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles. • Advanced skills in Google Workspace tools, including Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Slides, with the ability to create and edit complex documents and spreadsheets. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely and work effectively in a team environment, and provide clear and concise communication of financial data and insights. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and apply adaptability and independent work skills to achieve goals. • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively, and apply expertise in finance and Google Workspace tools to drive business outcomes.
