Description Prospect and build targeted account lists for assigned hotels using CRM data, AI, local business directories, chambers of commerce, and market research. Execute proactive multi-channel outreach including phone calls, emails, and social selling to generate revenue opportunities. Conduct discovery conversations to assess room-night potential, booking methods, rate sensitivity, and decision-making structure. Qualify opportunities and activate new accounts by coordinating rate setup and account loading within brand pricing guidelines. Serve as the remote sales function for franchisees without hotel-level sales support, providing account updates and simple sales toolkits. Maintain accurate pipeline documentation in CRM, including lead status, next steps, and forecasted production. Collaborate with National Sales, Revenue Management, and Franchise Operations to align strategy and maximize account activation success. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1–3+ years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, business development, or hotel sales. Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume outbound prospecting and follow structured sales cadences. Strong communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills. Experience working with CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred, and Microsoft Office tools. Hospitality, travel, or franchise sales experience preferred.
