This is a remote position. Position Summary: Whip is seeking a Sales & Customer Experience Agent to support customer interactions across our rental car platform with a strong focus on conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys speaking with customers, and can confidently drive sales through Calls and SMS conversations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-oriented, and comfortable handling high-volume interactions while identifying opportunities to upsell and retain customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to the following): Sales-Driven Customer Engagement Handle inbound and outbound Calls and SMS conversations with a sales-first mindset Identify opportunities to convert leads, upsell services, and retain existing customers Assist customers with rental inquiries, booking support, and account-related questions Provide a professional and positive customer experience across every interaction Support customers through issues or concerns while maintaining focus on retention and revenue opportunities Operations & Customer Support Maintain accurate customer information and interaction notes within internal systems Follow company SOPs and workflows to ensure smooth customer experiences Coordinate with internal teams (claims, billing, fleet, etc.) to help resolve customer issues efficiently Adapt quickly to operational changes and new processes in a startup environment Qualifications Required: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a strong sales, retention, or customer service focus Experience working in high-volume environments involving Calls and messaging Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and SMS platforms Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Fluent or highly proficient in English Skills and Abilities: A motivated and customer-focused sales professional Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to customers over Calls and SMS Someone who is proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented Comfortable handling objections and identifying sales opportunities naturally Calm under pressure with strong customer service instincts Process-oriented but flexible enough for a fast-moving startup environment Salary: $8 - $10 USD per hour; depending on experience
