The Role

We're seeking an experienced cover designer to create professional, market-driven romance book covers across a variety of subgenres, including billionaire, small-town, cowboy, firefighter, sports romance, paranormal, and more.

This role focuses on translating a story's emotional core into a cover that immediately captures reader attention and communicates genre expectations. You'll work closely with our publishing team to develop covers that are visually striking, commercially competitive, and aligned with current romance market trends.

The ideal candidate understands that a cover is more than beautiful artwork—it's a marketing tool that helps readers instantly recognize the type of story they're about to fall in love with.

• You understand romance market trends and how visual elements vary across different romance subgenres.
• You have a keen eye for typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling.

• You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines in a remote environment.
• You are collaborative and receptive to feedback, with the ability to revise and refine designs as needed.
