Risk Engineer (Non-life Insurance)

Be responsible for assessing the potential risk in a range of manufacturing, commercial, distribution and industrial fields; provide that information for related departments to decide the possibility of insurance cover and provide clients with consultative services.

1. Conduct site surveys at clients’ premises (factory/ warehouse/ building) & provide risk survey reports to related departments

Khảo sát tại các cơ sở của khách hàng (nhà máy/ kho/ tòa nhà) & cung cấp báo cáo đánh giá rủi ro cho các phòng ban liên quan

2. Loss control & reduction of hazard level: Identify unsatisfactory conditions, recommend appropriate countermeasures to clients & follow up risk improvement

Kiểm soát & giảm thiểu mức độ rủi ro: Nhận diện những điều kiện không thuận lợi, đề xuất phương án cải thiện rủi ro phù hợp cho khách hàng & theo dõi việc thực hiện

3. Provide safety training & risk improvement guidance to clients

Tổ chức đào tạo an toàn & hướng dẫn cải thiện rủi ro nhằm nâng cao năng lực kiểm soát rủi ro cho khách hàng.

4. Maintain continuous learning on survey skills, new technologies & risk management trends in order to improve the job quality

Liên tục cập nhật kỹ năng khảo sát, công nghệ mới & xu hướng quản lý rủi ro nhằm nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn và chất lượng công việc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Major in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Management, or related fields is preferred
• At least 3 years in Manufacturing, Engineering Design, or Technical Consulting. Preferred qualifications include:

+ Manufacturing: Experience working in factories (operations, production, QA/QC). Knowledge of ISO 45001 systems

+ Engineering Consulting & Technical Design: Experience in electrical system design or process engineering. Background in chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing industries

• Experience in HSE, occupational safety in factories, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, especially in report writing
• Ability to use AutoCAD and interpret engineering drawings is preferred
• Presentation, Negotiation, Problem-solving, Interpersonal and Teamwork skills

- Working time:

+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30

+ Work from home: 1 day/ week
