In this role, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing digital restaurant content—primarily menus—across online ordering platforms and internal systems using a Content Management System (CMS) As a Restaurant Content Manager, you will work closely with partner restaurants to ensure their menus and content are accurate, well-structured, nd optimized for both customer experience and operational efficiency. You will also assist with POS-related data updates and collaborate with our arketing team to support restaurant growth initiatives. As an early member of our founding team, you’ll help shape internal processes and standards, with opportunities for career growth as we continue expanding our team in the Philippines. Unlike competitors that offer only baseline online ordering solutions, Spark Ordering bridges the gap by delivering a comprehensive growth optimization suite designed to help restaurants increase profitability and scale efficiently. Responsibilities Manage, update, and optimize digital menus and restaurant website content using a CMS Maintain accurate menu data across online ordering platforms and POS systems Design and format in-person and printed restaurant menus Understand and apply common U.S. menu structures and pricing patterns Communicate directly with restaurant partners to gather requirements, implement updates, and address feedback Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and promotional initiatives Requirements Strong proficiency in the English language At least three years of experience in content management or a related role Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Growth-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Availability between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM Philippine Time for client meetings (menu and content work hours are flexible) Other Details Starting Hourly Compensation: $10.00/hr Estimated Hours Per Week: 20 - 40 Location: Remote (Philippines)
