Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible with US Team Collaboration Hours
Salary: $1,800–$2,400/month (based on experience) + Performance Bonus on Ad Spend
About Upstack Data
Upstack Data is a Miami-based SaaS building marketing automation for Shopify merchants. Our flagship product, Signal, replaces broken browser-based pixels with reliable first-party server-side events to Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms. We're a lean, AI-first team running offshore-first - most of our engineering, GTM, and operations roles are filled with PH talent.
About This Role
We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to own organic growth across LinkedIn and X for both Upstack and our founder’s personal brand.
You’ll create high-performing thought leadership content, ghostwrite in the founder’s voice, and build a consistent content engine that drives attention, engagement, and distribution of lead magnets and marketing initiatives.
Working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape content pillars, repurpose ideas into social content, and use AI tools to scale content creation and storytelling.
This is a writing-first role focused on LinkedIn/X growth, founder-led content, and AI-assisted content execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
