Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Surveyor. The Residential Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property surveys, preparing home buyers’ reports, executing full building surveys, and addressing Party Wall matters. Responsibilities also include liaising with clients, assessing properties for structural integrity, and providing clear, concise findings and recommendations in both written and verbal formats. The role may also involve working closely with clients and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient survey processes.Salary commensurate with experience and flexibilty.

Qualifications

• Proficient in conducting property surveys, preparing home buyer reports, and performing full building surveys.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Party Wall matters, including the drafting of Party Wall Awards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating detailed reports and conveying findings to clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience using survey equipment and technology relevant to the role
• RICS-accredited qualification or similar relevant qualification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to properties for on-site inspections
