This position is remote and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to innovation and excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage travel itineraries for staff, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget constraints.Act as a point of contact for employees regarding travel-related inquiries and provide support as needed.Monitor travel budgets and provide regular reports on expenditures.Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors and service providers.RequirementsProven experience in travel coordination or a similar administrative role.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Nice to haveExperience in a remote work environment.Familiarity with global travel regulations and best practices.Knowledge of additional languages.
