Remote Health Care Coordinator (Valid Nursing License)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Nurse with AG URGENT CARE, P.C. The Registered Nurse will oversee patient care through virtual platforms, assess patient conditions, provide telehealth consultations, coordinate care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience in telehealth services and virtual patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and thorough documentation practices
• Ability to provide patient education, assess symptoms, and support care coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of urgent care or primary care practices considered a plus

The roles and responsibilities involved in this position stated as follows:

Key Responsibilities:

     • Monitoring all Remote Care patients

    • Responding to Telehealth calls

    • Verifying patient eligibility

    • Performing medical scribing

    • Assisting with the completion of minimum of 50 patients’ charts
