We are seeking a professional & compassionate Remote Health Care Coordinator with valid nursing license and with great English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys caring for patients remotely. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitoring all Remote Care patients
• Responding to Telehealth calls
• Verifying patient eligibility
• Performing medical scribing
• Assisting with the completion of minimum of 50 patients’ charts
This role directly impacts patient outcomes, provider efficiency, referral partner satisfaction, and revenue continuity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Registered Nursing License
- C1 or C2 English level
- Strong experience in patient care and medication administration
- Proficient in TRIAGE, SOAP notes, and Super Bills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Must have a laptop (iCore 5 or higher), 6GB RAM, and 25mbps internet speed (with backup internet connection)
- Noise-cancelling headset required
Work Set-up: Permanent Work from Home (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $780/month (Paid every 15th and 30th)
Training: Paid 3-month probationary period
