This role is perfect for Dutch-speaking candidates interested in fintech and digital solutions, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with a structured onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat Assist users with inquiries related to digital wallet services and transactions Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems Follow company procedures and quality standards Collaborate with internal teams when necessary Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English (B2 or higher) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset Basic technical skills and ability to navigate digital platforms Previous customer service experience is a plus Contract & Training Details Contract type: Fixed-term (CDD) – 6 months Training: 1 month on-site in Lisbon (mandatory) Accommodation support available during training ( €280 contribution ) for candidates already living in Portugal What We Offer Fully remote work after training Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) Opportunity to work in the growing fintech/digital payments industry International and supportive work environment Why Join?
