Job Description This is a remote position. Job Title: Post Support – Audio Visual (AV) Company One Post Support Mon-Thurs 12 hours per day (48 hours) One Post Support Friday-Sunday 12 hours per day (36 hours) Rate: 9AUD/hour Job Summary This role ensures client satisfaction by handling post assistance and other related concerns. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment and software. Respond to support tickets, service calls, and client inquiries in a timely manner. Coordinate with installation technicians, engineers, and project managers to resolve post-project issues. Schedule and track warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance requests. Maintain accurate service records and support logs. Ensure all post-support activities meet company quality standards and client expectations. Qualifications & Skills · Good to have but okay with minimal experience since client will provide script o Experience in audio visual support, technical support, or related AV role. o Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems (sound systems, displays, projectors, control systems, conferencing tools). o Familiarity with troubleshooting AV hardware and software. Strong communication and Experience Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Good organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests. Willingness to provide on-site or remote support as needed. Experience supporting live events, corporate AV installations, or commercial projects. Knowledge of networked AV systems and basic IT networking.
