We are looking for a highly motivated, relentless, and sharp Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our fully remote team and be a foundational part of our growth. Your main objective is simple: generate pipeline and book highly qualified meetings for our closing team. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Hunt for Business: Conduct high-volume cold calls and direct outreach to HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, and CEOs.
• Pitch the Future: Effectively communicate the value of our AI screening software and secure qualified demo calls.
• Follow Up Relentlessly: Send out highly targeted short demo videos via email to follow up with prospects and lock in calendar invites.
• Maximize Warm Leads: Swiftly engage and convert inbound/warm leads into booked demos.
