We usually respond within three days JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Sales to support and drive B2B sales activities within the manufacturing and recyclable materials industry. This role is ideal for someone with solid sales experience who is ready to take on greater ownership in client management, market expansion, and pricing strategy execution. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets Manage and grow existing B2B client accounts Handle import & export sales coordination, including quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Prepare sales documentation, reports, and updates Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, production) to ensure smooth delivery Participate in client meetings, business negotiations, and occasional travel (local & overseas) Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations JOB REQUIREMENTS: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (open to someone who has lower education background but sufficient working experience) 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or raw materials Exposure to import/export or regional sales is an advantage Basic understanding of price-sensitive / fluctuating markets (e.g. plastics, metals, recyclable materials) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to travel domestically (monthly) and internationally (quarterly) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Strong execution with emerging strategic thinking Ability to manage clients independently Commercial awareness and willingness to learn market dynamics Hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Able to communicate in Chinese (speaking) Strong learning attitude Show passionate in ESG Department Sales Role Sales Assistant Manager Locations Bukit Beruntung, Rawang Remote status Hybrid Monthly salary MYR6,000 - MYR9,000 Employment type Full-time Employment level Executive / Senior Level Work Days Monday to Friday Working Hours 8:30am - 5:30pm About UpGrowth HR Sdn.
