Assistant Manager, Product Operations (Remote)

About the Role:

As the Assistant Manager of Product Operations at HashKey Exchange, you will be the critical bridge between our Product, R&D, Operations, Growth, Compliance, and Customer Service teams. You will ensure the smooth rollout of new features, optimize the user lifecycle experience, and drive product growth through data-driven insights. We are looking for an execution powerhouse who is passionate about Web3, highly sensitive to data, and familiar with the regulatory landscape of virtual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Go-to-Market & Product Rollout: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new product launches. Coordinate with various teams including Product, R&D, Operations, Growth, Compliance, CS to ensure successful go-to-market executions.
• Data Analysis & Monitoring: Track and analyze key product metrics (e.g., conversion rates, trading volumes, user retention). Generate regular performance reports to identify growth opportunities and drop-off points.
• User Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the user. Collect, categorize, and analyze user feedback from various channels (Growth, CS, community, app stores) and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Process Optimization: Establish and continuously optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product issue escalations, incident management, and regular operational tasks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Compliance, Legal and Risk teams to ensure all product features and operational activities meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or User Operations, preferably within a Cryptocurrency Exchange, Fintech, or traditional financial institution.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto trading products (spot, futures, etc.) and familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem. Knowledge of virtual asset regulations in HK and UAE is a strong plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data sensitivity with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL). Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Execution & Problem Solving: Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems under pressure.
• Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required to collaborate effectively with global teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
