Reporting to the Dealer Development Manager, you are responsible for the performance and technical proficiency of dealers within your assigned North American territory. Your goal is not just to increase volume, but to ensure every order is high-quality, technically accurate, and profitable, serving as the primary liaison between your dealers and the Skeeter production factory. Duties and Responsibilities Dealer Performance & Training: Conduct regular on-site training to ensure dealer sales teams are experts in Skeeter’s custom vehicle capabilities and production standards. Quote Integrity: Act as the first line of defense for "The Quality of the Deal." You will review all quotes for technical feasibility and margin health before they reach the Manager lev FAST-Quoting Mastery: Maintain 100% data integrity within the FAST-quoting system, ensuring that dealer configurations match factory engineering specs exactly. Relationship Management: Cultivate deep partnerships with Dealer Principals, Dealer sales teams, and key municipal customers (Fire Chiefs/City Directors) to drive territory growth and brand loyalty. Pre-Construction Liaison: Attend Pre-Construction meetings for complex builds to represent the customer's needs while respecting factory constraints. Market Presence: Manage local trade show logistics and product demonstrations in collaboration with the local dealer and marketing department. Qualifications Technical Sales Background: 3-5+ years of experience in technical or heavy-equipment sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding of chassis specifications, electrical systems, and custom fabrication. Communication: Ability to navigate complex conversations with municipal stakeholders and high-level dealership owners. Systems Proficiency: High comfort level with ERP/CRM software and web-based configuration tools. Travel Requirements Willingness to travel 50-60% within the assigned region for dealer visits, trade shows, and customer inspections. Remote-based within the territory, with occasional travel to the Hillsboro, TX factory for product training and team alignment.
