Position Overview Vantage continues to grow at an incredible pace, and we’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Recruitment team and help us find the best in talent! You will be working fully remotely, sourcing and recruiting in a globally distributed team. Job Requirements You have at least 5 years of experience in a Technical facing in-house recruitment role in a startup, technology company or hyper scaler. Solid international exposure and used to operating & engaging at a senior and technical level You are comfortable navigating roles across different business areas such as - Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, HSE, and IT You have a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques for candidates that are in high demand in a competitive marketplace. You are an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail You have expertise in building and cultivating relationships with key business stakeholders within a fast-paced environment You can easily navigate ambiguity and work autonomously in a fast-changing environment Nice to have: Experience recruiting in a remote or hybrid, globally distributed organization Experience leveraging data to help guide the business on talent strategies Experience helping to develop an employer brand and working on D&I initiatives What we offer: Fully remote culture with a globally distributed, international team.
