Due to continued growth and increasing demand from our clients, Connect Group is looking to hire two Recruitment Consultants to join our ambitious and expanding team.

We specialise in IT, Technology, and AI recruitment, partnering with innovative start-ups, scale-ups, and established businesses across the UK and internationally. We are also seeing strong demand across other sectors, making this an exciting opportunity for both specialist and generalist recruiters.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to placement
• Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing and attracting high-quality talent across IT, Technology, AI, and other growing markets
• Managing existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process through to completion
• Providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice
• Working closely with the wider team to share knowledge and deliver exceptional results

What You'll Get

• Competitive basic salary
