The Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team, focusing on tech roles across a variety of clients.

This is a 360 role with a strong focus on both candidate delivery and developing client relationships, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage candidates for tech roles
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Support business development activity and identify new opportunities
• Manage the recruitment process from briefing through to offer stage
• Write job adverts and manage job postings
• Keep candidate pipelines active and up to date
• Support negotiations and closing of placements

Requirements

• 6–24 months experience in recruitment or a sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated by targets and progression opportunities
• Organised and able to manage multiple roles at once
• Interest in tech or digital markets

Desirable

• Previous experience recruiting within tech or digital
• Exposure to business development or client management

Working Setup

• Full-time role
• Hybrid working (Manchester office + remote flexibility)

Package

• £25,000 – £35,000 base salary depending on experience
• Uncapped commission structure
