The Role

We're hiring a Recruiter Specialist to help build and support our workforce across multiple U.S. markets.

This is a fully remote role working U.S. business hours. You'll be responsible for managing candidate pipelines, conducting outreach and screening activities, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding efforts. You'll work closely with Operations and leadership teams to ensure we maintain a strong and reliable workforce to support continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple U.S. markets
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification calls
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with Operations teams to support workforce planning and staffing needs
• Track recruitment activity, onboarding progress, and hiring metrics
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and candidate tracking systems

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, workforce operations, customer outreach, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable conducting phone and video interviews
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
• Able to work U.S. business hours
