We’re placing a Real Estate Virtual Assistant for a growing US-based real estate AI company. You'll own CRM accuracy, lead organisation, pipeline updates, transaction coordination support, and day-to-day operations for real estate agents and investor clients. — keeping the pipeline moving and nothing falling through the cracks. You’ll work directly with the team via Slack and be the person everyone relies on to get things done accurately and on time. This is a stable, full-time permanent role with a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and someone who can follow a process and own their workload. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Manage CRM records — update contacts, tag and segment leads, track pipeline status • Track tasks and reminders, manage follow-ups for agents and investor clients • Assist with transaction coordination and admin support • Prepare basic reports and monitor communication channels • Support listing and admin workflows, document organisation, and email follow-ups • Coordinate appointments and handle internal team updates via Slack • Ensure client requests are completed accurately and on time Requirements Must Have • 2+ years of direct US real estate virtual assistant or transaction coordination experience. Applications without US real estate experience will not be considered. • Hands-on ownership of a real estate CRM including lead tagging, pipeline management, follow-up task creation, status updates, and reporting. Experience with Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, Lofty/Chime, KVCore, HubSpot, or similar. • Excellent written and spoken English — you communicate directly with agents and clients • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy • Ability to follow SOPs and work independently without constant supervision • Comfortable with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Slack/Teams, email, and calendar tools • Reliable internet, stable equipment, and a quiet dedicated workspace • Available to work US business hours — 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT, Monday to Friday Preferred • Experience in transaction coordination, listing coordination, or brokerage admin Experience working with MLS systems and real estate listing processes • Background supporting real estate investors, TC companies, or acquisitions/dispositions • Airtable experience • OpenPhone or similar VoIP platform experience • Canva familiarity for basic social media or admin tasks • Comfort using AI tools for admin efficiency • Mortgage, title, or property management support background Benefits • ₱45,000 – 55,000 per month • 13th month pay • HMO coverage • 15 annual leave + 5 sick leave + 20 PTO credits upon regularisation • Comprehensive Training • 100% work from home • Full-time, permanent position with an established company • Staff Events • Monday to Friday If you have genuine US real estate VA experience, know your CRMs, and want a stable long-term role with a team that moves fast and values accuracy — apply now.
