Program Manager – Digital Transformation Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a major business transformation initiative within a large public transportation organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating three existing programs into a single strategic transformation program and ensuring its successful delivery from planning through operational transition. This role requires a strong focus on business transformation, ensuring that the initiative remains driven by operational and organizational objectives rather than being treated solely as an IT migration project. Key Responsibilities Define and refine program scope, roadmap, timelines, and budgets. Lead the merger of multiple transformation programs into a unified strategic program. Manage the full program lifecycle, from partner selection through implementation and transition to operations. Organize and facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and stakeholder workshops. Monitor program activities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Coordinate communication with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. Lead change management activities to support organizational adoption. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology initiatives. Prepare executive reporting and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Required Experience Extensive experience in Program Management and large-scale transformation initiatives. Strong background in production management and/or technical operations management. Experience delivering complex business transformation programs in public sector or large organizations. Knowledge of public transportation, mobility, or public-sector environments is highly desirable. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change. Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Occasional travel across Wallonia to meet business stakeholders. Two fixed remote-working days per week. Long-term assignment within a strategic transformation program.
