We’re looking for someone with a strong background in IT products to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Translate business needs into well-defined backlog items with clear acceptance criteria; Own and manage the Development Team’s backlog, prioritizing items to best achieve both short-term and long-term goals; Ensure Product Backlogs are transparent and clear to stakeholders, showing what Development Teams will be working on next; Optimize the value of work performed by Development Teams, striving to maximize business value on both Commercial and Technical projects; Work with IT delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
