Producer – Cinematics Permanent Location: Westby, Manchester or Remote As a Cinematics Producer for REALTIME you will be responsible for overseeing the production of diverse projects from in-game cinematics to pre-rendered games trailers. You will have a passion for the video games sector and experience of delivering high quality visuals in real-time rendered / UE4 environments. This role is suited to an experienced and capable Cinematics/Games Producer who can confidently manage projects from concept to delivery with a good level of independence. Whilst you will report to the Head of Production and receive support from an experienced in-house Production team, you will have autonomy to oversee your own projects from end-to-end with a key remit to manage output in respect of quality, delivery, scheduling and costing. You will work closely with an Executive Producer for Games/Cinematics to ensure utmost client satisfaction and positive relationship building. You will work with a diverse team of skilled artists, creatives, animators and developers. Whilst we have two fast-growing studios in Manchester and Lancashire, some of our team members work remotely and from different time zones. You will possess a can-do attitude to positively influence others and get things done. Strong communication and organisational skills will be the norm for you to ensure teams are well informed and projects run smoothly and to schedule. You will aid the wider Production team at REALTIME to ensure that we hire and retain the best talent and have the right resources in place to continue to deliver outstanding work in all sectors. You will work alongside the Head of Production, other Producers and Directors to contribute to the continued success of our Cinematics division and advance our reputation as an animation studio which has recently won accolades such as the Vega Digital Award for ‘Best Animation / Special Effects’. Responsibilities: Work with Production teams to estimate scope of project work Ensure objectives and deliverables are being kept on track using Shotgun Create Project Plans and P&L’s across a number of projects at any time Manage client communication ensuring that everyone is kept updated Manage team of permanent and freelance creatives to deliver high quality outputs Identify and resolve production issues Must Have Skills: Proven industry experience in a production role (ideally within games, trailers, in-game cinematics, real-time rendering environment) Hands on experience with Production Tracking tools such as Shotgun Proficient with Microsoft packages particularly Excel and Word Ability to organise and monitor large amounts of technical information Ability to work autonomously, manage and prioritise own workload
