Job Scope: To support the sales team by understanding client problems/requirements and creating technical solution proposals to meet those needs. The candidate must have deep infra understanding and knowledge and be able to understand and architect Cloud computing deals. This involves understanding a Cloud consumption bill from a competing vendor and comparing resources to build estimated client commitments and competitive architectures. The successful candidate must have a breadth of knowledge and experience across different technologies with the ability to deep dive on new/unknown technologies efficiently and effectively The candidate must be able to confidently present, persuade and negotiate their technical solutions to our clients The Solution Architect will oversee the successful implementation of the proposed solution in delivery and make amendments as necessary, communicating back to the client. The Solution Architect will seek opportunities for upsell/cross sell within the existing account base The Solution Architect will have the experience and maturity to maintain C-Level relationships with our clients The candidate will pro-actively review, update and identify new service offerings for BCW clients Requirements Degree in computer science (or similar qualification) Strong knowledge of infrastructure, specifically Cloud platforms and services At least 4 years in a client facing technical pre-sales role Experience in Managed Services Ability to conceptualize technical solutions and create deliverable architectures based on client requirements Exceptional influential verbal and written communication skills Seeking a candidate who is personable with a selling spirit Fluent in English mandatory
