Responsibilities Identify and assess customers’ needs Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods – including email, phone and chat Accurately update customer records and feedback in CRM systems Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams Stay informed on product updates, promotions and regulatory requirement Native or near-native Portuguese (C1 - C2) with good English (B2) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong technical aptitude and confidence using digital tools Ability to handle inquiries professionally and follow compliance guidelines Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends Based or able to relocate to Greece €1,045 gross/month × 14 salaries per year Performance bonus Fully remote role within Greece Company - provided equipment Private medical insurance Relocation package to Greece for abroad candidates: flight tickets to Athens, 2 weeks of free accommodation and real estate agency fees covered Assistance with onboarding and hiring documentation, including support with issuing a Greek tax numbers
