Key Responsibilities: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote Hire Scout's services addressing or predicting clients objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Qualifications: 2 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision High level of professionalism and confidentiality Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) WFH Set-up Requirements: A computer equipped with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or running macOS Ventura or later. A wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed, along with a backup internet option. A functional noise-canceling headset. A high-quality camera for virtual calls.
