About the Role-

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur in both personal and professional matters. This role is work-from-home but requires excellent multitasking ability, strong communication skills, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

The PA will coordinate scheduling, travel, research, and errands (virtually or via local service providers) and provide light business support such as meeting preparation and follow-ups.

This is a flexible role with growth potential, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, efficient, and enjoys making life run smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities-

• Manage daily and long-term scheduling, appointments, and reminders.
• Plan and organize international/domestic travel (flights, hotels, itineraries, visas).
• Conduct research on various topics (lifestyle, projects, travel, services, vendors).
• Make online reservations (dining, events, personal activities).
• Handle virtual errands and coordinate with service providers as needed.
• Support with professional tasks (meeting scheduling, drafting emails, follow-ups).
• Track priorities, deadlines, and personal to-dos.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements-

• Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with productivity tools (Google Calendar, Excel, Zoom, etc.).
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible with changing priorities.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and dependable.
