Position: Personal Assistant (ABA) Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Location: Full-Time, Remote (South Africa) Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and personal assistant support to management and clinical teams Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings or appointments Support day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal team members Assist with reports, documentation, data entry, and maintaining organized records Learn and assist across different departments to gain a broad understanding of company operations Take initiative in identifying areas where additional support may be needed Adapt to new responsibilities and workflows as training progresses Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to work independently and in a team environment Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable Previous administrative or assistant experience is beneficial but not required Interest in the ABA field or healthcare administration is advantageous Comfortable working U.S. hours Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
