About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant based in Mexico to support daily operations, scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience supporting executives, founders, or busy professionals.
Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, task tracking, document creation, workflow organization, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
