We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager
We're looking for a performance-driven marketer who thrives on turning strategy, creativity, and data into measurable growth. If you enjoy testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple digital channels we'd love to meet you.
This is a fully remote full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X, and similar platforms.
- Develop targeting, retargeting, and full-funnel acquisition strategies aligned with client goals, budgets, and KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, and revenue growth.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend and customer acquisition performance.
Testing & Optimization
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers, and messaging to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate on landing page and funnel improvements to increase conversion rates.
Creative & Strategy
- Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks, and messaging angles informed by data and audience insights.
- Build and adjust media plans based on performance trends and evolving client objectives.
Reporting & Communication
- Build clear dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Communicate directly with clients on performance, strategy, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or app marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, conversion measurement, and analytics.
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, Adjust, HubSpot, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear business decisions.
- Strong communication skills — able to present insights confidently to clients and internal teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing 6 figure monthly ad budgets.
- Agency or multi-industry background.
- Experience with CRO and marketing automation.
