About the Role

DeployCrafts is seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to lead video-driven demand generation campaigns across YouTube, Google Demand Gen, and Meta platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative thinking, video editing, AI-powered workflows, and performance marketing expertise to drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across YouTube, Google Demand Gen, and Meta.
• Create and edit video advertisements from concept to final delivery.
• Use AI tools such as Sora, Runway, Higgsfield, Pika, and similar platforms to accelerate content production.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics including CPM, CPV, CAC, and ROAS.
• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Generate actionable insights and present performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, Media Buying, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing YouTube and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools within marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM platforms.
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Understanding of attribution models and performance measurement.
