Performance Marketing Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and lively member to join our team to manage Coins’ social communities. What you will do: Design Philippines’ paid marketing targets to strengthen user and buyer growth Optimize day to day online marketing budget and user efficiency across all online marketing channels Learn from the best online marketing techniques and cryptocurrency mechanics collaborating with our channel’s & experts Collaborate with all functions working closely with multiple teams locally and regionally including senior stakeholders Steer performance beyond online marketing, initiating and optimizing end-to-end strategy from marketing to campaign to commercial to drive sustainable user and buyer growth Monitor competitors’ paid advertising efforts Preferred Experience Min 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing and advertising spend. Experience in analytics, performance marketing, consulting, investment banking or other quantitative positions. Prior experience in e-commerce / tech industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Excellent business acumen with data-driven approach. Able to build quantitative models, comfortable in pulling and manipulating data, aggregate quantitative and qualitative datasets to make decisions Eagerness to make an impact at what you do, highly motivated and proactive - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage frequent pivots in priorities at ease Results driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills to collaborate with across teams, to break boundary and execute to the last mile Tagalog & English proficiency required Advanced usage of MS Excel, coding skill, SQL is a plus A desire to always be learning and improving yourself.
