The People & Culture Intern will support the People & Culture team on a three-month assignment, focusing on critical projects that streamline HR operations and enhance internal communications. This role provides excellent exposure to international development and HR practices. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Systems & Compliance Standardize internal filing systems. Audit benefits systems. Audit and standardize team owned SOPs. Create SOP template for global team. Internal Communications & Training Support the development and execution of the annual training calendar. Edit and update the internal intranet site. Create notebooks with Gemini.
