X7 MGMT is a digital media company with operations spanning social media brand management and a portfolio of owned IPs across multiple niches. We work with some of the biggest names in the social media space on content strategy and distribution, and we are growing fast.

As Partnerships Manager, you will own deal sourcing, outreach, and relationship management with brands looking to reach engaged, niche audiences across our network of pages and IPs. You will identify opportunities, pitch X7 MGMT's value proposition, negotiate deals, coordinate deliverables, and own every partnership from first conversation to final execution.

What you will own:

Building and managing a pipeline of brand partnerships across our social media properties and owned IPs. Cold outreach and relationship building with brand managers, media buyers, and marketing decision makers. Pitching and negotiating sponsorships, brand collaborations, and content partnerships. Coordinating post-deal execution including timelines, content, and reporting. Consistently closing new partnerships monthly and hitting revenue targets.

What we are looking for:

Someone with a genuine understanding of the social media and digital media landscape. Experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and close deals without hand-holding. An existing network in the brand marketing or digital media space is a significant advantage.
